A Summit Guide is an extension or partner, of Summit Learning Solutions. You own and run your own firm but do so with the support of the Summit Community and our 20+ years of experience, in dozens of industries, for over 100 clients.

Over the years we have developed a comprehensive toolkit to analyze, strategize and implement a repeatable client success playbook. You provide the talent and experience and we provide you with the tools to run your own successful firm.

You have complete autonomy and can use the Summit Tools and Community as little or as much as you want. This is not a franchise, and you are not an employee! This is you having the desire to start your firm but not having to take the time or incur the expense of building the infrastructure you need to ensure its success. We’ve done that for you so you can hit the ground running on day 1 in your own company.

Is the Summit Solutions a one-fits-all process that will lead to selling more? No, there are plenty of national programs with regional support that will sell you on that. I will tell you from my experience, they are outdated, not personalized, and don’t work. They typically also only focus on the sales department.
